10/10
Ope! Just gotta say, this place was a real gem. The staff was so friendly, and we couldn’t get enough of those giant cookies in the lobby. The pool was nice and warm, perfect for the kiddos to splash around after a long trip. Breakfast had a little of everything we wanted, and they even had a cozy spot outside to relax!

The hotel was newly renovated and comfortable.
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by some significant issues. The cleanliness in the bathroom was subpar, as I found hair in both the sink and tub upon arrival. Additionally, the breakfast options were disappointing, as I encountered cold items that did not meet my expectations for freshness.

Beds were incredibly comfortable, enhancing the quality of sleep. The warm cookies at check-in made for a delightful welcome. The breakfast options were decent, but the temperature of the hot items could be improved, as the potatoes and sausages were lukewarm. Additionally, the loud elevator beep was a minor annoyance throughout the stay.

I had a fabulous stay! The breakfast was one of the best complimentary offerings I’ve seen, and the clean rooms looked freshly renovated. The only downside was the power of the shower, which flooded the bathroom a bit. Would definitely come back!

Our stay was fantastic! The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We loved the comfortable beds and the late-night pool hours. The breakfast had a decent variety, and the housekeepers were quick to assist when needed, making our experience even better.
Breakfast could be improved. some items were lukewarm.

Couple stay worth considering!
We had a great time overall, the room was spacious and clean! The kids were thrilled with the warm pool, we went in multiple times, and I can't forget the massive cookies they had in the lobby, I swear they were the best I've ever had.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for.

The One-Bedroom King Suite was spacious, which was great for my family. We found it well-appointed. the soundproofing was impressive, as we didn’t hear much from the hall or neighboring rooms. The furnishings were nice, but the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from outside. Overall, it was comfortable for our stay, though we had a wet carpet from the A/C leak. Also, the breakfast spread was decent but felt a bit repetitive during our stay.

The hotel was a fantastic home base for our family trip with easy access to the Empire Theatre, just five minutes away. My husband and I really appreciated the hot breakfast options. The cleanliness throughout our stay was excellent.
My kids wished for a better pool experience.

Had a great group trip! Clean rooms, perfect location for skiing and mountain views. We saw a concert at The Empire Theatre, just 5 mins away. Enjoyed local dishes and microbrews with friends at the restaurant. Breakfast was decent, with good options available. Access to Wi-Fi and free parking made everything smoother.
Only downside was the loud elevator beep, which was a bit annoying. Could use a quieter setting for that.
